- Can you share your definition of the "comprehensive resort experience at the "club" style destination that Robinson Nam Hoi An is aiming for? What makes this model different from traditional forms of tourism ?
At ROBINSON, when we talk about a complete resort experience, we mean a harmonious combination of accommodation, health care, sports , entertainment and cuisine. All integrated into a single destination and all included in the service package. Our Club-style concept is not just about accommodation and meals, but also about connecting the community, bonding and encouraging people to participate in activities.
Unlike traditional resorts, which often separate or charge extra for each type of experience, we design a complete journey of life, where guests are not just observers but part of the story. We always have colleagues called "ROBINS" who act as guides, accompanying guests in activities. Whether it is a sunrise yoga session, a beach volleyball match or an evening show, every activity invites guests to integrate and feel like they belong here. They are free to "dance like no one is watching" and "eat without counting calories".

- In your opinion, is this "resort combined with community activities" model suitable for modern Vietnamese families?
Vietnamese families today are not only looking for a break, but also craving quality connection. With parents busy and children growing up in a fast-paced digital world , vacations have become a rare and precious opportunity for family bonding.
Our model offers exactly that: shared activities, authentic interactions, and meaningful experiences for all ages. The atmosphere at ROBINSON is open, vibrant, and welcoming. It’s a place where families laugh, play, and truly reconnect, not through screens, but through shared joy.
- What specific activities has Robinson Nam Hoi An designed to serve multi-generational families, from grandparents, parents to young children? Are there any activities that are particularly popular?
Absolutely. We intentionally build our programs to serve all generations. We even have a family activities department, with experienced associates who understand how to build culture and activities for families from all walks of life.
For example, we offer beachside meditation and stretching sessions, local tours and relaxing spa services for grandparents. Parents can enjoy beach sports, cooking classes, dance and energetic group workouts. Kids will love the ROBY CLUB – a big highlight – where they can have fun, be creative under supervision, play games and take part in mini-stage performances.
Especially for teenagers, we have an exchange area and adventurous challenges to help them participate actively and enthusiastically.
Of course, there are also many shared activities throughout the day for all ages – which clearly demonstrates the spirit of togetherness we aim to create.

- In your opinion, how are Vietnamese families shifting from simple vacations to seeking vacations that connect more deeply with emotions?
We’re seeing a distinct shift in travel behavior. Families are moving away from “check-in” travel, where the goal is simply to visit landmarks. They’re moving toward experiences that are personally meaningful and deepen family bonds.
Guests often share: "We don't just want to go somewhere, we want to really have time together and feel something together." That emotional element: laughter around the dinner table, team spirit in a beach game, or a peaceful moment watching the sunrise on the beach, or listening to the waves lapping at the Luhana campfire night, with family and friends... is what modern families truly cherish.
At ROBINSON NAM HOI AN, the entire guest experience is designed around such moments.
