People come to Dat Mui Commune Administrative Service Center to do paperwork and receive enthusiastic support and explanations.

The new Dat Mui commune has the largest area in the province with more than 271km2 , a population of more than 33,290 people, formed on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population of Dat Mui commune (old) and part of the natural area and population of Vien An commune and the remaining part of Tan An commune.

Dat Mui Commune is considered the southernmost point of the country, with a famous landmark called Ca Mau Cape with a number of constructions such as: National coordinate landmark GPS 0001, Hanoi flagpole symbol in Ca Mau, symbol of the end point of Ho Chi Minh road...

On the first day of implementing the two-level local government, many people came to the commune headquarters to complete administrative procedures. The working atmosphere was serious and orderly, with friendly and enthusiastic staff.

As the first person to come to handle administrative procedures at the People's Committee of Dat Mui Commune, Mr. Quach Van Tich (a resident of the old Vien An Commune) said: "Previously, some people in the village informed that when going through the procedures to receive critical illness benefits, they had to go to the district and province, which took a lot of time and money. When I heard that from July 1, the commune could handle this procedure, I went to "try" it, but I didn't expect it to be done right away, which is very convenient for the people."

Mr. Hong Van Hung came to the Dat Mui Commune Administrative Service Center to ask the staff for guidance on land procedures, including the issue of applying for land use rights. "When I came here, the staff gave me very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and easy-to-understand instructions; their attitude was also warm and enthusiastic," Mr. Hung commented.

Mr. Cao Van Phu, Chairman of Dat Mui Commune People's Committee, said that after the inspection, on the first working day, the agencies of the People's Committee and the Commune Public Administration Service Center operated smoothly and stably. At the same time, they received positive feedback from the people. "In the coming time, the commune will continue to further improve the responsibility of cadres and civil servants, especially in serving the people. The commune always listens to the people's opinions and suggestions to work with the people to better resolve administrative procedures, so that the people are more satisfied," Mr. Phu shared.
