This afternoon, July 23, the University of Transport announced the principle of equivalent conversion of admission scores between admission methods and the threshold to ensure input quality (the floor score for receiving application documents). According to the table of conversion principles, the lower the high school graduation exam score and the transcript score, the greater the difference. At the floor score, the difference between the transcript score and the high school graduation exam score is up to 4.66 points.

The table of points conversion principles is divided into 7 ranges, with 4 starting points. In which, the 2025 high school exam score is the original score. The 3 types of equivalent converted scores are the TSA thinking assessment score, the HSA ability assessment score, and the transcript score (high school results).
Based on the conversion table, candidates can easily compare the difference between their high school transcript scores and their exam scores because both types of scores use a 30-point scale. The higher the score range, the smaller the difference between their high school transcript scores and their exam scores. The largest difference is around 7, with a score range of 15 - 19.5 for the high school graduation exam, the corresponding high school transcript score range is 19.98 - 22.99.
Comparing with the floor score announcement, it shows that the predicted standard score of the University of Transport between the exam score and the academic transcript score has the highest difference of 4.98 (assuming the standard score is equal to the floor score, that is, 15 exam scores and 19.98 academic transcript points).
Below is the conversion table of equivalent admission scores and input quality assurance thresholds (floor scores) between admission methods of the University of Transport:
The University of Transport has also announced the minimum score for admission to each major. Based on the exam results, the highest score is 20 and the lowest is 15. See details here.
