Palmy Biztown is a commercial service project of over 2 hectares, including 142 bizhouses - a new generation real estate model combining business - profitable investment in a flexible space, optimized for commercial activities. From a project that had been suspended for 16 years due to many legal problems, with the participation of the project developer, Reatimes Holding, the project has been officially revived and quickly implemented. With diverse utilities and synchronous infrastructure, adequate scale and clear legal status, Palmy Biztown is an ideal choice for both real buyers and professional investors. As one of the few projects with 2 main street frontages, the front of Palmy Biztown is Phan Trong Tue Street (old Road 70) which is being expanded to 50m with 8 lanes. The back of the project is a 30m road connecting to Chu Van An resettlement area, a large-scale residential area that is being formed with abundant commercial service potential.
