Mong Cai City People's Committee has just issued a plan to implement solutions to complete tourism targets for the last 3 months of the year and the whole year of 2024.

Accordingly, the city is determined to welcome over 997 thousand visitors (including 525 thousand international visitors and 472 thousand domestic visitors) in the last 3 months of the year; strive to reach 4 million tourists to Mong Cai in 2024 (including over 1.4 million international visitors and over 2.5 million domestic visitors), contributing over 250 billion VND to the state budget in the tourism service sector.

To achieve the above goals, the city has directed departments, agencies, units, People's Committees of relevant communes and wards to develop plans, scenarios and specific solutions; strengthen communication, promotion, promotion and demand stimulation to attract tourism; maintain and renew existing products; develop new tourism products; improve the effectiveness of state management; create an open, civilized, safe and healthy tourism environment.
