At the ceremony to announce the Resolution of the National Assembly, the Decision of the Central Committee, the Decision of the locality on merging administrative units, establishing Party organizations, Fatherland Front of provinces, cities, communes, wards, and special zones organized by the Hanoi Party Committee on the morning of June 30, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong announced Decision No. 9188-QD/TU dated June 27, 2025 on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee decided to establish the Hanoi City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, consisting of 10 committees, advisory units, and 16 public service units and affiliated economic units.
The decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also clearly stated: The Hanoi City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee performs its functions and tasks according to Regulation No. 301-QD/TW dated June 9, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial and communal levels and related regulations.
In which, the advisory boards and units include: Office; Organization and Inspection Board; Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Board; Trade Union Working Board; Farmers Working Board; Youth and Children Working Board; Women Working Board; Veterans Working Board; Propaganda and Social Work Board; Ethnic, Religious and Mass Association Working Board.
Public service units and economic units under the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi city include 16 units: Vietnam - Soviet Union Friendship Cultural Palace; Hanoi Trade Union Guesthouse; Hanoi Trade Union Vocational and Training College; Hanoi Trade Union Tourism One Member Co., Ltd.; Kinh Do One Member Co., Ltd.; Hanoi Youth Palace; Hanoi Children's Palace; Le Duan School; Hanoi Trade Union Legal Consulting and Labor Support Center; Hanoi Youth and Adolescent Service Center; Hanoi VocationalEducation and Women's Development Support Center; Farmers Support Center; Capital Poor Workers and Civil Servants Capital Fund for Family Economic Development; Capital Labor Newspaper; Capital Youth Newspaper; Capital Women Newspaper.
