Representatives of department leaders, branches and art advisory council participated in the rehearsal.

The event will officially take place at 8:10 p.m. on July 1, at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay Ward and will be broadcast live on QTV1 and QTV3 channels, broadcast live on QNR1 channel, livestream on the electronic newspaper and fanpage of Quang Ninh Media Center. In particular, the program will end at 9:40 p.m. with a brilliant fireworks display to celebrate.
