According to Mr. Nguyen Van Buu, Deputy Director of the Ba Na Commune Public Administration Service Center, on the first morning, the number of people coming to do paperwork at the center was very large due to the merger of communes. Anticipating this situation, the commune had previously focused on reviewing and supplementing facilities and equipment such as computer systems, internet access, and search machines to serve the people. At the same time, the center had organized a scientific and methodical force; assigned staff to guide and receive people's documents to ensure smooth operation.
Similarly, in Thanh Khe ward - the place with the highest population density in Da Nang city, the Public Administration Service Center has welcomed a large number of people coming to do procedures related to household registration, land, and document certification.

Mr. Nguyen Van Duy, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, said that the ward has expanded the Public Administration Service Center from 7 to 14 counters, organized training for officials and civil servants to master the procedures and confidently serve the people in the new context.
Meanwhile, in Quang Ngai province , along with the whole country, 96 communes, wards and special zones in the province officially entered the first working day after completing the process of merging administrative units. Working order and public discipline were established, people were satisfied with state administrative agencies.
At the Tra Bong Commune Public Administration Service Center, from 7:30 a.m., all civil servants were present, ready to perform their duties and serve the people. People coming to carry out administrative procedures were welcomed gently, friendly, politely and enthusiastically supported.

At the 28/8 meeting hall, Tra Bong Commune People's Council held its first session to consider and decide on important issues of the commune such as announcing the Decision of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee on appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Heads of the Commune People's Council Committees; the new Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; establishing committees of the new Commune People's Council... and other important issues.
