On August 27, a meeting and encouragement program for delegates of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Bloc participating in the parade at the A80 Anniversary took place at Vietnam Television.
Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Phuc Thanh, representative of the Capital Command and 5 officers participating in the training. On the side of the press agencies were: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, General Director of Vietnam Television; Mr. Pham Manh Hung, Deputy General Director of the Voice of Vietnam ; Ms. Nguyen Thi Su, Deputy General Director of Vietnam News Agency; Mr. Nguyen Van Ba, Editor-in-Chief of Vietnamnet Newspaper; Dr. Nguyen Duc Toan, Deputy Director of the Academy of Journalism and Communication.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, encouraged and advised the A80 marching group to practice well, overcome difficulties in weather, work, family, and fully participate in training activities, because this is a great honor in the life of a journalist.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Phuc Thanh, Hanoi Capital Command, acknowledged the training results of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Bloc.
“The characteristics of journalists and students are that they are not used to high training intensity and military discipline. After days of training, the Press Bloc has achieved positive results, especially after 2 general training sessions. One noticeable feature of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Bloc when entering the stage is their radiant faces. I wish you all to always promote the spirit of solidarity, discipline and pride of journalists,” said Lieutenant Colonel Tran Phuc Thanh.
At the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Party Secretary and General Director of Vietnam Television emphasized the role and responsibility of reporters participating in the parade.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam said that this is a noble mission, a rare opportunity to spread patriotism to the public. Mr. Lam affirmed that the organizing agencies always create the best conditions in terms of time and work for reporters to best complete the task of the A80 parade.
Mr. Lam said that Vietnam Television has 30 delegates participating in the parade and thousands of staff and reporters are actively producing hundreds of programs on air as well as digital platforms. VTV is continuing to demonstrate the role and responsibility of the national television station, contributing to the country's important event.
On behalf of the journalists participating in the parade, reporter Nguyen Tran Anh Thu (Voice of Vietnam) thanked the leaders, colleagues, people and accompanying units for their encouragement and attention to the parade, especially the leaders and collective of VTV.
From the smallest details such as free parking, spacious and airy gathering places for the staff to rest after practice hours while processing professional news, to spiritual gifts and memorable photos - all exude VTV's dedication and responsibility and are filled with the camaraderie of journalists./.
Starting from August 12, 2025, the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Bloc has entered training. The official lineup of the Bloc has 170 reporters and students who are excellent Youth Union members from 10 press agencies and journalism training institutions including: Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Communist Magazine, People's Representative Newspaper, VnExpress Newspaper, Vietnamnet Newspaper and the Vietnam Journalists Association, Academy of Journalism and Communication.
Under the direction of the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Press Department; the enthusiastic training and guidance of the comrades from the Hanoi Capital Command, the Press Bloc parade group overcame difficulties in weather, work, and family to organize serious, quality, and effective practice.
