Accordingly, a vehicle carrying dangerous goods on a passenger vehicle will be fined from VND 3,000,000 to VND 5,000,000 and applied to the vehicle driver. In addition, the person carrying dangerous goods on this passenger vehicle will also have their driver's license revoked for 01 to 03 months.
