This year, the Academy of Journalism and Communication recruits more than 2,000 students according to 4 admission methods: considering academic records; combined admission; considering high school graduation exam scores; direct admission and priority admission.
The school divides the training programs into four groups. Group 1 includes Journalism and Publishing; Group 2 includes Theory, Group 3 includes History, and Group 4 includes Communication, Advertising, and International Relations. The total enrollment target is 2,050, the same as last year.
For majors in group 1, the school considers the average of the 6 semesters' study results + the average of the Literature subject study results (coefficient 2).
For majors in group 2, the school considers the average of the learning results of 6 semesters.
For majors in group 3, the school considers the average of the 6 semesters' study results + the average of the History subject study results (coefficient 2).
For majors in group 4, the school considers the average of the 6 semesters' study results + the average of the English subject study results (coefficient 2).

Diplomatic Academy considers admission based on academic records and international certificates. Candidates must have an average score of 8 or higher in 6 semesters of grades 10, 11, and 12, along with one of the following foreign language certificates: English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or SAT/ACT test scores.
IELTS Academic certificate requirements 6.0 (or TOEFL iBT 60, PTE-A 46 points, Cambridge English Qualifications 169 points) or higher. For other foreign languages: French and German equivalent to B1, Chinese minimum 260 points HSK4, Korean TOPIK 3, Japanese N3 or higher. For minimum levels, the foreign language conversion score is 8. At 8.0 IELTS or equivalent or higher, candidates are counted as 10 points.
If using SAT/ACT scores, the minimum required scores are 1200/1600 and 23/36, respectively.
Admission score (maximum 30) = M1 + M2 + M3 + Academy's incentive score (if any) + Ministry of Education and Training 's priority score (if any).
In which, M1 is the international certificate conversion score. M2 is the average score of Math or Literature, all three years. M3 is the average score of any subject (not a foreign language and other than M2), in the admission group.
The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology plans to recruit about 6,500 students at both its Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City campuses using five methods, including: talent selection; based on international certificates; considering test scores to assess capacity and thinking; considering high school graduation exam scores; considering a combination of English certificates and academic records.
With the combined admission method, the admission requirements are that candidates have IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 65, TOEFL ITB 500, with an average score of 7.5 or higher in three years of high school, and good conduct. When calculating the admission score, the school uses the transcript scores of three subjects according to the combination.

Hanoi University of Culture applies the method of considering academic records in 2025. The school notes that for the majors of Organizing Art Activities; Organizing Cultural Events (under the Cultural Management major) and Literary Composition, candidates must take the aptitude test organized by the school to get the aptitude test score for admission combined with the 3-year academic record score of Literature.
This year, Vietnam Women's Academy will enroll about 2,000 students with 5 admission methods, including the method of considering high school transcripts. The school notes that it will not consider cases of graduation before 2025. Candidates must have Good conduct and have a total average score of the study results of 3 subjects in the admission group of grades 10, 11, 12 reaching the specific threshold of each major.
