The Summer Echo Festival and the 2023 Summer Young Propaganda Team are an opportunity for children in the city to demonstrate their talents and abilities in the fields of culture and arts, and create a fun, healthy, and useful playground for them during the summer.
Thereby raising awareness and responsibility of children in the fight against social evils,educating love for the homeland, perfecting personality, and enhancing national pride.
The festival is also an opportunity to discover and nurture talented children to become the core to supplement the city's artistic movement.
The festival is also a meaningful summer activity of the Ninh Binh City Summer Activities Steering Committee to practically celebrate the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; towards the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
