The Vietnamese team has won all matches since the beginning of the tournament and has made an impression by not losing any matches. Depending on the opponent and the situation on the field, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet rotates the players. All 14 players have played in the past matches and each player's ability has been demonstrated. Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet will certainly field the strongest lineup when competing against the Taiwanese team in the semi-finals. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Nguyen Thi Bich Tuyen, Doan Thi Lam Oanh, Nguyen Thi Uyen, Tran Thi Bich Thuy, Nguyen Khanh Dang are considered the main players who are in good form. The Taiwanese team also showed confidence based on their balanced strength. In the group stage, this team only lost 1 match against the defending champion Korabelka (Russia). In the quarter-finals yesterday, the Taiwanese team affirmed their strength with a 3-0 victory over Sichuan Club (China). If they can promote the diversity in their playing style, especially their effective defense, the Taiwanese team promises to surprise the host team Vietnam.

In the other semi-final match taking place at 5pm (live on VTV5), Korabelka Club is considered to be better than the Philippines team. The team from Russia has a squad of players with ideal physiques and a powerful and effective attacking style. The Philippines team also has a powerful "weapon" in the form of the duo of naturalized players Van Sickle Brooke and Phillips Mar Jana, ready to create an explosion.
