In the context of cyber attacks increasing in number and sophistication, security has become one of the biggest challenges for organizations and businesses.
According to a report by the National Cyber Security Association, in 2024, up to 46.15% of agencies and businesses recorded cybersecurity incidents, with an estimated 659,000 cyber attacks occurring. However, up to 52.89% of organizations in Vietnam are still not fully equipped with technological solutions to respond to incidents. 56.16% do not have enough specialized personnel for cybersecurity.
A report from Cisco also shows that only 11% of Vietnamese businesses have reached maturity in responding to cybersecurity incidents, showing the urgent need for comprehensive security solutions.
The comprehensive suite of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions launched by NCS on July 2 is designed to help agencies and businesses build a solid, effective security foundation, save operating costs and meet the increasing demands of the digital environment.
Products in the ecosystem include: NCS Next Generation Firewall, NCS TI Cybersecurity Intelligence Platform, NCS EDR Endpoint Security, NCS SOC Cybersecurity Monitoring Center including NCS SIEM Centralized Cybersecurity Event Management and Analysis Solution and NCS SOAR Incident Response and Coordination Platform.
Mr. Vu Ngoc Son - Technology Director, Chief Architect of NCS Cyber Security Product Ecosystem shared: “We updated nearly 300 common hacker attack techniques, trained 12 specialized AI models, helping to increase the ability to identify cyber security risks and reduce manual operations. The ecosystem will help organizations and businesses protect the achievements of digital transformation, innovation, and application of science and technology.”

According to the manufacturer, NCS's new generation firewall operates on x86 microprocessor architecture, accelerated by algorithms, allowing control to the application layer, monitoring connections with bandwidth up to 300 Gbps at the network gateway. Deep packet analysis technology (DPI), directly reads, processes and sends without copying packet content, minimizing the intervention of the operating system. Thanks to that, it can process up to tens of millions of packets in 1 second. The firewall's outstanding features include: blocking access according to a set of rules, monitoring, detecting abnormalities and preventing attacks (IPS) with more than 8,500 identification patterns, application control (Application Control) and preventing malware.
The NCS TI intelligence platform uses data as a layer of cyber security defense, preventing early and remote attacks. Data is continuously updated and aggregated from more than 100 sources, standardized, enriched by AI tools, combined with in-depth analysis by experts. This allows direct integration into international standard cyber security solutions and devices. NCS TI's output data includes: information on malware, dangerous domains, criminal groups, attack techniques, new vulnerabilities, etc. NCS TI also supports the detection of data leaks and brand abuse, helping organizations and businesses proactively deal with potential crisis risks.
NCS EDR endpoint attack prevention solution is designed with an “all-in-one” philosophy. Integrating anti-virus, data loss prevention (DLP), anti-data encryption, security policy control, personal firewall and incident investigation on a single interface. Helping customers save investment costs, optimize system operation human resources, and strongly protect endpoints with only 1 solution.
NCS SOC Cyber Security Monitoring Center with 2 products: NCS SIEM - Centralized Cyber Security Event Management and Analysis Platform and NCS SOAR - Incident Response and Coordination Platform. In which, NCS SIEM allows management, analysis of cyber security events, abnormal warnings with processing performance up to 540,000 events per second (EPS). Allows 360-degree panoramic analysis of digital assets, AI applications and more than 1,300 rules to detect and warn of cyber security incidents.
In addition to the ability to investigate based on network security logs, NCS SIEM also suggests the next attack direction of hackers, helping administrators build effective defense methods. NCS SOAR focuses on managing network security incidents, optimizing coordination, response, handling, and automating responses with pre-set scenarios (playbooks).../.
