At the examination sites, Inspection Team No. 4 inspected the organization of the examination such as: examination data; number of candidates registered for the examination; number of candidates and number of examination rooms registered for the examination by subject.
At the same time, the delegation inspected the mobilization of human resources to participate in organizing the exam; the work of self-inspection, review and preparation of basic conditions for the exam; the preparation of facilities, equipment and means for the exam; exam records, and plans to ensure safety at the exam sites. The delegation also inspected the rooms for storing exam papers and test papers; the location of surveillance cameras to ensure compliance with the exam regulations; plans to support candidates in difficulty; propaganda work about the exam; coordination with sectors, organizations and local authorities to prepare conditions for the exam; dissemination and dissemination of exam regulations; training on exam regulations, etc.
According to a quick report from the Steering Committee of the 2 districts and Lang Son city, up to now, the preparation work has been basically completed. The testing sites have arranged enough official testing rooms and waiting rooms. The surveillance camera system at the prescribed locations has been fully installed and is operating stably; the plan to protect the test papers and exam papers has been strictly established; the support work for candidates such as free meals, accommodation, and transportation for candidates from far away, etc. has all been carefully prepared.
During the inspection program, the delegation members discussed a number of issues related to protecting exam papers and papers; ensuring accommodation for candidates living far away; ensuring security and order during the exam and supporting candidates throughout the exam process.
At the same time, in the inspection program, Inspection Team No. 4 also received opinions and recommendations from the Steering Committees at district and city levels, and educational institutions where the examination sites are located regarding difficulties in the preparation process for the exam; answered questions related to plans to prevent and combat cheating at examination sites... so that the exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
Speaking at the examination sites inspected by the Delegation, the Head of Inspection Delegation No. 4 highly appreciated the proactive preparation for the 2025 TTPH exam of the two districts (Trang Dinh, Van Lang) and Lang Son city.
In order for the exam to take place safely and in accordance with regulations, the Head of the Inspection Team requested the Steering Committees of the two districts and Lang Son city to continue to review all work related to the exam. Therein, focusing on carefully preparing plans to secure exam questions and papers; continuing to carefully develop plans to ensure security and order, and prevent cheating during the exam; proactively preparing plans to respond to any unexpected situations that may occur during the exam; continuing to propagate and guide exam regulations to invigilators and candidates; strengthening close coordination between sectors and forces throughout the exam organization process.
In particular, proactively deploy support and assistance for candidates in the 2025 high school graduation exam. Thereby ensuring the exam takes place safely and achieves the highest efficiency.
