In addition, focus on database work, digitizing data in the field of natural resources and environment. If necessary, immediately launch a campaign to implement land database, digitize land data; review unused land funds.
At the same time, review the pending projects and lands with problems, especially the projects and lands in the conclusions of inspections, examinations, and judgments; increase the number of Deputy directors of the department to review, propose handling, and remove problems for projects and lands according to the provisions of Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politics and Resolution No. 170/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly to release resources for the city's development in the coming period.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee also directed the Department of Construction to focus on early consultation on key transportation projects such as: Chu Lai Airport, National Highways 14D and 14B, high-speed railway site clearance, dredging of the Truong Giang River, urban railway, coastal traffic axis to create large development space for the city... and urban development in the areas of Duy Hai, Duy Nghia, Thang Binh, Duy Xuyen; including considering inviting international architectural planning consultants and international architects to make development plans in the coastal corridor and Truong Giang River.
