Accordingly, the Long Phuoc resettlement area project is built on a land area of nearly 34 hectares, with an investment of nearly 365 billion VND. When completed, the project will arrange 1,048 resettlement plots with an average area of 80-125m2, expected to accommodate 4,000-4,500 people. The project will include housing, parks, sports areas, parking lots... with an expected completion time of 420 days.

Long Phuoc resettlement area is built to serve the work of compensation and resettlement support for people in the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project area and other projects implemented in Long Thanh district in the period of 2021-2025.

This is a project serving a key national and Dong Nai province traffic project. Investors, construction units, design consultants, supervision consultants... need to comply with regulations on investment and construction procedures, ensuring progress, traffic safety, labor safety and construction quality.

It is known that the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project has a total length of about 54km, of which the section passing through Dong Nai province is about 34km long, with a scale of 4-6 lanes and a total investment of more than 17,800 billion VND. This project was started simultaneously in June 2023, expected to be completed in 2025 and put into operation synchronously in 2026.

To implement the project, Dong Nai province must reclaim nearly 290 hectares of land from more than 3,400 households in Bien Hoa City and Long Thanh District. Of these, more than 2,400 households are subject to resettlement.

During the implementation process, Dong Nai province has planned to build 4 resettlement areas in Bien Hoa city and Long Thanh district. Up to now, 2 resettlement areas in Long Thanh district have been started. After completion, these resettlement areas will create a new, more spacious and better residential area. Creating good conditions for people's lives, for the socio -economic development of Long Thanh district and Dong Nai province.
