According to the report, the Rest Stop Project has an area of 78,500m2 , built at Km334+900 on the Van Phong - Nha Trang expressway section passing through Tan Dinh commune. Of which, the area of the station on the right side of the route is 42,540m2 , the area of the station on the left side of the route is 35,960m2 . The current status of the project area is hilly land, not yet cleared. The rest stop includes items such as: Gas station area, service house area, public restroom area, resting space and auxiliary items. The items are arranged to ensure technical requirements and save maximum construction land area. In addition, the items are also closely related to the operating process through technology, electricity, fire prevention, fire fighting, water supply and drainage and management systems.

The project has a total investment of more than 225 billion VND; construction is expected to start in August 2025, and be completed and put into operation from June 2026. When put into operation, the rest stop will be a place for drivers and passengers to eat, rest, and use personal hygiene; a place for rescue, first aid for traffic accidents, refueling, maintenance, and repair of vehicles... The rest stop is also a place to attract tourists to visit, enjoy local specialties, and learn about the destination, contributing to promoting socio -economic development and increasing local budget revenue.
