From Cat Linh station, students take the train to Ring Road 3 station, which has a unique 4-level traffic intersection in Hanoi, then to Yen Nghia station, where the metro line is connected to the bus station.

During the extracurricular session, Hanoi Metro staff answered questions related to operation, maintenance, and functionalities of equipment at the station.

Each student will also have a worksheet with questions related to urban railways. For example, the physics question will be "Why do trains need friction with the rails when running, but not too much?".

The geography question is "How does the construction of an elevated railway help traffic and life in Hanoi?"; the environmental question is "Why do trains cause less pollution than other means of transport such as cars or motorbikes?"...

According to the station operator representative, the coordination with schools to organize extracurricular activities for students comes from two purposes: Propagating and educating the culture of taking the train for young citizens of the capital and introducing the profession of operating urban railways to provide career guidance for interested students.

Welcoming groups of visitors to experience the urban railway is a regular task for Hanoi Metro staff, on average once a month. In addition to students, groups of meritorious people, the elderly, and the disabled are also warmly welcomed when contacting the station operator in advance.
