Support 500 million VND for professor who commits to work 10 years in Lam Dong

On December 27, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced that it had just issued a document assigning the Department of Home Affairs to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance, relevant agencies, localities and units to study Resolution No. 263/2023/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council on policies to attract and support human resource development for implementation in accordance with regulations.

Lam Dong has its own policies to support and attract qualified human resources.

According to the provisions of Resolution 263 mentioned above, the attraction policy applies to those who are recruited and accepted as civil servants and public employees of Lam Dong province with appropriate academic titles, degrees, and university training levels.

This human resource will be supported monthly with 80% of the current salary plus leadership allowance, seniority allowance (if any), the period of benefit will not exceed 5 years and the support level will be one-time.

Specifically: professor (not over 50 years old): 500 million VND/person; associate professor (not over 50 years old): 400 million VND/person; doctor, level II specialist doctor, level II specialist pharmacist (not over 50 years old): 250 million VND/person.

Masters in relevant fields and training majors appropriate to the job position that needs to be attracted; level I specialist doctors, resident doctors, level I specialist pharmacists (not over 40 years old): 150 million VND/person. University graduates in relevant fields and training majors appropriate to the job position that needs to be attracted (not over 35 years old): 80 million VND/person.

Those attracted must commit to working for 10 years in Lam Dong.

Human resources attracted under this policy are supported in resolving the leasing, hire-purchase, purchase of social housing or leasing of public housing on the basis of relevant legal provisions.

In addition to the age requirement, the person being recruited must also have good political and moral qualities, not have been disciplined or under criminal prosecution or not be subject to administrative sanctions.

This human resource must be recruited and accepted as civil servants and public employees according to current regulations and must commit to working at agencies and units under the management of Lam Dong province for 10 years.

Those who attract support to resolve the rental, hire-purchase, purchase of social housing or rent of public housing according to regulations

During the commitment period, the beneficiary of the attraction policy must return the one-time support amount received if he/she unilaterally terminates the employment contract or voluntarily quits the job, requests to quit the job, is disciplined and forced to quit the job, requests to transfer to work outside the province, fails to meet the requirements of the internship, or fails to complete the task for 2 consecutive years.
