The Portuguese superstar spent time with his family to rest and recharge, just days after extending his contract with Al Nassr for another two years.
Last weekend, Ronaldo decided not to attend Diogo Jota's funeral for personal reasons. CR7's absence at Jota's funeral caused controversy in public opinion.
According to Record , this decision partly stems from the personal pain Ronaldo experienced when his father, Jose Diniz Aveiro, passed away in 2005, when CR7 was only 20 years old. At that time, his father's funeral was turned into a "stage" for the press and curious people.
