In hot and humid weather, the Mekong Delta Marathon 2025 course is not easy. Continuous steep bridges and roads stretching across green fields require endurance, strong will and reasonable strategy. For Hoang Trong Dao, this is not the best achievement in his running career, but completing 42km in 3 hours and 10 minutes and coming second in his age group is a to his steely spirit and endless passion for this sport .
"The weather in Hau Giang in July is really a big challenge. There were times when my legs felt heavy, but it was the faith and energy from the people around me that helped me overcome it," Dao shared. "I didn't run to break my personal record, but to prove that with determination, we can conquer all limits."
