Specifically, provincial road 390 from Hai Duong city to Thanh Ha town; national highway 17B Kim Thanh district; Chi Linh city bypass; national highway 37 from national highway 18 to Con Son (Chi Linh city); road 391, 392 Tu Ky district and 390B Thanh Ha are banned.

Kinh Mon town has proposed to close the road from Trieu bridge approach road to National Highway 17B.

The North-South axis road through Ninh Giang is closed due to many fallen trees. Only vehicles on duty and in urgent situations can use it...

The road closure will start from the afternoon of September 7. The Department of Transport said that when safety conditions are met, local forces will coordinate with the department to focus on resolving the issue immediately, bringing the road back into operation as soon as possible.
