HAGL issues announcement after FIFA ban
On October 25, HAGL Club received Official Letter No. 2353/LĐBĐVN-PLTCCT from the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) informing about the application of FIFA's penalty to HAGL Club: banning the registration of new players domestically and internationally due to the implementation of the dispute resolution between HAGL Club and player Martin Dzilah.
The above penalty is applied from the date FIFA issued the document and will be removed when the club completes its obligations according to FIFA's ruling (transferring the amount of 29,000 USD to Martin Dzilah and having confirmation from this player - PV).
Regarding the above incident, at 6:00 p.m. on October 25, HAGL Club announced to HAGL Club fans and the media as follows:
"At 3:00 p.m. on March 21, at the HAGL Club office at 15 Truong Chinh, Pleiku City ( Gia Lai Province), player Martin Dzilah and HAGL Club signed a Labor Contract Termination Minutes and HAGL Club paid player Martin Dzilah 20,000 USD as agreed. Player Martin Dzilah signed to confirm that he had received the full amount.

HAGL wants to clarify the matter
Unexpectedly, on August 30, 2024, HAGL Club received a decision from FIFA requiring HAGL Club to pay player Martin Dzilah 29,000 USD based on player Martin Dzilah's complaint: "HAGL Club terminated the contract with player Martin Dzilah for an unjustified reason when forcing the player to sign the Labor Contract Termination Minutes and sign the receipt of full payment but did not pay the money into the player's account".
Regarding this incident, we have sent a written appeal to FIFA to clarify the nature of the incident. In addition, HAGL Club has sent a written document to the competent authorities of the Vietnamese State asking for intervention to clarify the incident.
Currently, the authorities have begun investigating the incident. When the authorities have resolved the matter, HAGL Club will announce the information to fans and the media."
