Singapore – A Microcosm of an Integrated World

With an area less than the size of a small province in Vietnam, Singapore has grown to become one of the world's leading financial, educational , logistics and technological centers. This place has almost all the characteristics of a modern society: discipline - creativity - multiculturalism - deep integration.

Therefore, when choosing the first destination for the Global Pioneers Program (GPP) - the journey to train Vietnamese students to become global citizens, the organizers did not hesitate to set the starting point in the Lion Island. Not because Singapore is geographically close to Vietnam, but because this place is close to the future that young people are aiming for.

A safe, modern and student-friendly country

Singapore is known as one of the safest and cleanest countries in the world. With a strict legal system, a tightly managed living environment and modern infrastructure, Singapore is an ideal place for international students to experience without worrying about security or language barriers.

In particular, English is the official language in Singapore, used in education, administration and daily life. This gives Vietnamese students the opportunity to practice real-life communication in all situations: from classrooms, supermarkets, train stations to embassies.

Experience Asian-class education – global standards

During the GPP journey, students will directly participate in academic activities at the National University of Singapore (NUS) or Nanyang Technological University (NTU) – two schools that are regularly ranked in the top 10-15 best universities in the world, according to QS World University Rankings.

Here, young people not only visit modern facilities, but also study specialized subjects with international tutors, access training methods that integrate skills - critical thinking - career orientation. This is a valuable experience that helps Vietnamese students better understand the global academic environment, thereby better preparing for their future study abroad journey or international career development.

Cultural Exchange – Practicing Global Citizenship Skills

Singapore is a multi-ethnic country where Chinese, Malays, Indians and many other international communities live and study together. This creates an extremely ideal environment for students to practice cross-cultural communication skills, adapt quickly and understand the value of differences.

Through activities such as visiting the National Museum, meeting at the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore, or simply observing how services operate at Universal Studios and public spaces, students have the opportunity to learn about citizenship, international codes of conduct, and social responsibility from everyday life.

Big plus for academic and career profile

Participating in an international experience program in Singapore – a country with top quality education – is a definite plus for a student's profile.

Upon completion of the journey, students will receive a Certificate. This is clear evidence that students have participated in learning - interacting - adapting in an international environment, a factor that is highly valued in scholarship applications, admission to study abroad programs, or applying for positions requiring global skills in the future.

Singapore is not only an ideal destination to start the integration journey, but also a mirror of a modern development model that Vietnamese students can learn from.
