Muong Lat teachers received their promotion application after many years of waiting.

TPO - Following the direction of the Department of Home Affairs of Thanh Hoa province, the People's Committee of Muong Lat district issued a notice to receive applications and urgently consider promoting civil servants at affiliated public service units.

On June 13, Muong Lat District People's Committee issued Notice No. 50/TB-UBND on receiving applications for promotion of professional titles of civil servants at affiliated public service units.

According to the announcement, in 2025, Muong Lat district will consider promoting the professional titles of 176 civil servants. Of which, 167 are inthe Education and Training sector; 9 are in other career fields. Muong Lat district People's Committee will receive applications during office hours, starting from June 13 to June 20, 2025.

It is known that relevant units of Muong Lat district are urgently receiving, processing documents and completing the entire promotion review process before June 28, 2025.

Previously, Tien Phong newspaper reported that on June 12, 2025, the Chairman of Muong Lat District People's Committee signed a document announcing the temporary suspension of civil servant promotion and transferring this task to the People's Committees of new communes after the 2-level local government apparatus was rearranged and reorganized from July 1, 2025. In the document, Muong Lat District People's Committee explained the delay due to having to mobilize all human resources and time to complete the work serving the work of rearranging and perfecting the administrative apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government and the Provincial People's Committee. This is not in accordance with the direction of the Department of Home Affairs of Thanh Hoa province to complete the promotion consideration before July 1, 2025.

After receiving the above information, Mr. Tran Quoc Huy, Director of Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs, said that he called the leaders of Muong Lat district, requesting the district to carry out the promotion of civil servants according to regulations and within the time assigned by the province.
