Continuing the program of signing cooperation agreements to accompany organic agricultural production, circular economy , and linking the Que Lam value chain, on the morning of July 14, in Duc Tho commune, the Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company and the People's Committees of communes (belonging to the old Nghi Xuan, Duc Tho, and Huong Son districts) held a signing ceremony for cooperation in 2025 and the following years.
Attending the event were leaders of departments, branches and localities in Ha Tinh; Mr. Nguyen Hong Lam - Chairman of Vietnam Circular Agriculture Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company.
In recent years, the People's Committees of the districts (Duc Tho, Huong Son and Nghi Xuan) have cooperated with Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company to build and replicate organic and circular agricultural models in communes and towns; thereby contributing to changing people's production thinking from traditional to organic and environmentally friendly agriculture.
Therefore, after implementing the two-level local government model, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has issued a document requesting relevant sectors and new communes to continue implementing the Organic Agriculture Development Project in Ha Tinh province for the period 2024-2030.
In particular, receiving and maintaining organic agricultural models in the area to create sustainable livelihoods for people; promoting propaganda, dissemination, training to implement project contents; guiding the application of technical processes, standards, and regulations on organic agriculture in agricultural production, meeting market demand; continuing to develop and replicate effective models suitable to the conditions of each locality.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, delegates and model owners all affirmed that joining the association with Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company with many outstanding advantages has opened up a direction for sustainable economic development for the people.
Farmers are supported by enterprises in training, transferring processes, technology and techniques in organic farming, animal husbandry, and processing of organic agricultural products; thanks to that, the value chains of organic agricultural products in Que Lam have been formed.
At the signing ceremony, leaders of 18 communes (including the old districts of Nghi Xuan, Huong Son, and Duc Tho) and Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company signed a memorandum of cooperation to continue to accompany the construction and development of organic agriculture and the circular value chain of Que Lam in 2025 and the following years.
Accordingly, Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company continues to organize training and guidance on organic and circular agricultural production for local management staff and farmers; provide seeds, animals, organic fertilizers and care processes in a circular, closed, environmentally friendly chain, ensuring clean products from farm to table...
The People's Committee at the commune level annually develops a plan to develop organic agricultural production according to the value chain to promote the potential and advantages of the locality; clearly identifies the objects, scale, and production areas that prioritize the development of organic agricultural production suitable to the climate and soil; replicates organic models, points of introduction and sale of organic products...
