Nearly 300 delegates attended training on emulation and reward work in 2024

On May 20, at the District Ethnic Culture House, the People's Committee of Bac Ha district held a training conference on emulation and reward work in 2024.

In recent years, the Patriotic Emulation movement and the commendation work from the district to the grassroots level in Bac Ha district have had positive changes, developing strongly in both breadth and depth. Many units have been creative and innovative in directing and organizing the emulation movement, creating motivation to successfully complete assigned tasks. The commendation work has become increasingly systematic, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, publicity, fairness, transparency and compliance with the law. The discovery, training, summarization and multiplication of advanced models have also been carried out effectively. Emulation and commendation arouse positive aspects and multiply advanced models and new factors in all aspects of social life.

At the training conference, the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board deployed the 2022 Law on Emulation and Commendation; Decree 98/2023/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; Circular 01/2024/TT-BNV stipulating measures to implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation and Decree 98/2023/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation; regulations on emulation and commendation work in Lao Cai province; answered questions and recommendations of delegates attending the training conference.

Nearly 300 delegates attended the training course.

Through the training course, it contributes to enhancing the role and responsibility of Party committees and authorities at all levels, especially the responsibility of heads of agencies, organizations and units in leading and directing emulation movements and implementing policies and laws on rewards; helping cadres working in emulation and rewards in agencies, units, communes and towns to master the professional skills of emulation and rewards; improving the capacity to advise Party committees, authorities and organizations in organizing and implementing well the reward work of agencies, units and localities and promoting patriotic emulation movements in all areas of social life to successfully implement the socio -economic, defense and security targets set by Bac Ha district and assigned by the Provincial People's Committee in 2024.
