2024 is the 4th consecutive year that, through ESG practices in all areas, all subjects from internal to partners, FPT strongly affirms its commitment as a global corporation to use the power of technology/AI, sustainable governance, and transparency to move towards sustainable growth. ESG orientation and priorities are considered an important part of FPT's development strategy and reflect the Group's role and responsibility to key stakeholders.
To implement ESG orientation, in 2024, FPT issued and revised ESG-related policies, focusing on four key categories including governance, human resources, environment and community. These policies were also trained by the Group across the system with a completion rate of 97.5%.

As a global corporation, FPT has promoted the intelligence and diverse strength of its human resources, affirming its leading position, not only in the field of technology but also pioneering in creating a classy and happy working environment for employees. In addition, to contribute to shortening the economic and employment gap between regions, FPT creates conditions for employees of ethnic minorities to have equal employment opportunities. This is also an important factor creating a sustainable competitive advantage for FPT.
As of December 31, 2024, the group has 54,687 employees working in more than 30 countries, including 3,489 foreign employees with 87 nationalities, mainly from countries such as the US, Japan, Slovakia, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines ..., an increase of 19.3% over the same period. The turnover rate (TOR) reached the lowest level in the past 6 years, of which the technology sector had a TOR rate of 13.9%, equal to half of the TOR rate in 2019. This reflects that employees tend to stay with FPT longer. The age of employees is also constantly getting younger, the proportion of employees under 30 years old accounts for 53.0% of the total FPT workforce. The proportion of employees over 40 years old accounts for 9.8% of the total workforce. The proportion of managers under 40 years old accounts for 60.8% of the total number of managers.
At FPT, employees are always encouraged and invested heavily to improve their professional capacity, technology, soft skills, etc., contributing to affirming the position of a world-class technology company. In 2024, FPT spent 184.7 billion VND on internal training. Training indicators grew impressively with the number of trained employees increasing by 35%, the total number of study hours increasing by 14% and the number of technology certificates increasing by 35% over the same period.
In the environmental field, the Group focuses on implementing many activities from policies, applying technology in carbon emission management, investing in green power systems to using recycled materials..., affirming FPT's outstanding commitment in the roadmap for managing greenhouse gas emissions reduction, towards the goal of NetZero by 2040.
In 2024, FPT issued an Environmental Policy, focusing on key issues such as: Reducing energy consumption; limiting the use of toxic chemicals; controlling and treating waste; promoting recycling activities; controlling greenhouse gas emissions and promoting sustainable consumption. At the same time, FPT is committed to raising environmental awareness throughout the group through communication and training activities. This policy sets out specific commitments and roadmaps, closely following national environmental goals.
FPT aims to have 2.5% of its total electricity consumption come from renewable energy sources by 2026 and its entire lighting system converted to 100% LED lights. In particular, by 2030, FPT is committed to reducing 15.8% of its total greenhouse gas emissions, contributing to Vietnam's overall emissions reduction commitment.
In addition, FPT is always a pioneer corporation in Vietnam, bringing the best and happiest investments to children, the community, the environment and society. Accordingly, every year, the staff and the Corporation actively participate in social responsibility activities as well as make financial contributions, aiming to bring the most practical value to the community, contributing to a happy country.
With the cooperation of its staff, in 2024, FPT supported 66.3 billion VND for social responsibility events and activities, bringing the most practical material and spiritual values to 62,540 people nationwide through many meaningful events and activities. In addition, in 2024, FPT spent 168.1 billion VND to award Nguyen Van Dao scholarships to nearly 8,233 young people.
