The province has deployed 102 Youth Volunteer Teams at commune-level administrative centers and 2 teams at provincial-level administrative centers. With the participation of 1,320 volunteers, the teams have strongly promoted the role of "Digital Education for the People", supporting people to carry out administrative procedures and access online public services.
