After surveying the actual situation and listening to the report from Hoa Hung ward, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc acknowledged and highly appreciated the collective Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of Hoa Hung ward for their efforts to overcome difficulties, not to stop work, not to let work stagnate and to work continuously and tirelessly in the past time.
Noting that there is still a lot of work ahead, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc proposed to urgently complete the organizational structure, issue regulations, rules and procedures to serve the leadership and direction work.
Along with that, perfecting the positions of civil servants in leadership and management and arranging the staff from full-time to part-time to meet the requirements of the task.
At the same time, urgently complete the facilities, especially move the Public Administration Service Center (No. A8 Chau Thoi) to a more spacious and airy place as planned, to better serve the people.
Comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc noted that for the Ward Public Administration Service Center, scientific design research and many utilities must be conducted to serve the people; the area for receiving people must be arranged scientifically, reasonably, thoughtfully, creating a friendly feeling.
Appreciating Hoa Hung ward for participating in the inter-ward working group, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc praised that this coordination is to join hands and unanimously handle and resolve the expected backlog of District 10 (old). In addition, he noted that he would continue to review the previous backlog of work to handle and resolve it completely.
Appreciating the ward's proactive coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Justice to complete a number of administrative procedure implementation processes, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc noted that Hoa Hung ward reviewed and counted all assigned tasks and authorities, which were decentralized, delegated, and defined when implementing the 2-level local government model.
In particular, we must continue to cut down on formalities and scattered resources, and focus on being close to the people and serving the people better.
Emphasizing the need to innovate thinking and action in performing current tasks, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc said that the methods and approaches to work and solving problems of the team of cadres and civil servants must be scientific, quick, and meet the requirements of serving the people.
For the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations of the ward, comrade Nguyen Phuoc Loc suggested urgently completing the procedures to serve the leadership and direction work closely, ensuring compliance with regulations. Along with that, choosing residential areas as key areas; taking people as the center to determine goals, tasks, and solutions for implementation.
Previously, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of the People's Council of Hoa Hung Ward, said that all cadres and civil servants of the ward focused on performing their tasks, not interrupting work, ensuring the best service to people and businesses, determined to complete assigned tasks well.
At the Public Administration Service Center of Hoa Hung Ward (at A8 Chau Thoi), people continue to contact to carry out administrative procedures. The volunteer support team of the Academy of Public Administration and Management Branch continues to support people when they come to contact. On July 4 and 5, the Public Administration Center received: 238 files, 16 files in backlog, 228 files have been processed, and 26 files are being processed.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee chaired a meeting on preparations for the 1st Hoa Hung Ward Party Congress (term 2025-2030), which is scheduled to be held on August 1, 2025. The Ward Party Committee drafted documents and organized comments on documents on the composition of the Ward Party Executive Committee, drafted the allocation of delegates to attend the Congress, and established two subcommittees to serve the Congress.
Security, order and social safety continue to be maintained; the administrative apparatus operates smoothly, without interruption, serving people and businesses well.
People highly agree and support the Party and State's policy of implementing the arrangement of provinces and cities and implementing the 2-level local government model with the goal of being close to the people, serving the people most effectively, and putting the people's interests first and foremost.
Reporting on some activities in the next 6 months, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong said that the ward continues to focus on arranging and setting up facilities to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly and serves the people better.
Along with that, focus on implementing public investment projects in the area; prepare activities, coordinate support, and create conditions to implement Metro Line 2 (Ben Thanh - Tham Luong line) on schedule, especially the section passing through the ward.
At the same time, the ward proactively coordinates the organization of commercial service activities, creating conditions for small and medium-sized service industries to have more operating conditions, connecting banks, and environmental order.
