At the conference, comrade Do Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, announced Decision No. 2142-QDNS/TW of the Politburo , appointing comrade Ha Thi Nga , member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the XVth term of Tuyen Quang province , to cease participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; at the same time appointing her to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term . This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front congratulated comrade Ha Thi Nga on being trusted by the Politburo, assigned a new task, and appointed to join the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations.
Providing more information about the new organizational structure, comrade Do Van Chien said that the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations currently has 25 affiliated party organizations with more than 5,000 party members.
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has 397 members, of which the Presidium consists of 64 leaders, intellectuals, religious dignitaries, and representatives of people from all walks of life at home and abroad.

Earlier, on the same afternoon, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front announced the decision to transfer and receive cadres from socio-political organizations to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Specifically, the decision was announced for 141 leaders of departments and units; 236 civil servants and 69 officials subject to transfer to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
