Accordingly, the unit coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and armed forces stationed in the area to organize an incense offering ceremony to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Co May Bridge Martyrs Memorial, visit the Phuoc Thanh Battle Monument; visit, encourage and present gifts to the family of martyr Do Tung Linh and families of policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

Through these activities, we aim to continue promoting the fine tradition and morality of “remembering the source of water” of the Vietnamese people; to demonstrate the affection and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command towards heroes, martyrs, families of policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services to the revolution; and at the same time, educate officers and soldiers of the unit on the revolutionary tradition and heroic history of the nation.

Visiting and presenting gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Coast Guard Region 3 Command, affirmed: Coast Guard officers and soldiers always remember the great contributions and sacrifices of heroes, martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers and families of policy beneficiaries in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The officers and soldiers of the unit will always accompany, encourage and share the difficulties of the families. Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh hopes that the families will continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, always be a shining example for the next generation to learn and follow; contribute their efforts to the construction and development of the homeland and the country.
