Specifically, to implement the Prime Minister 's Official Dispatch No. 149/CD-TTg dated August 28, 2025 on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the State Treasury has decided to make important changes in the operations of the entire system. In addition, the State Treasury system will work on September 1 and 2. To ensure that payment transactions are not interrupted, the State Treasury will organize work and conduct electronic bilateral payment transactions and coordinate state budget collection with commercial banks during the two official holidays.
The specific transaction time is specified as follows: on September 1 and September 2, the cut-off time for receiving payment orders is 16:00. The stop time for settlement requests is 16:40. August 30 and 31 are still holidays according to regulations.
