According to the latest financial information disclosure table, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP) recorded a profit after tax of nearly VND 1,127 billion in the first half of this year, an increase of more than 3% over the same period in 2024 and about 11% lower than the profit in 2020. On average, this company has a profit of more than VND 6 billion per day.
By the end of June, the company had equity of about VND18,527 billion, up 12% over the same period. Of which, more than VND9,943 billion was undistributed accumulated profit.

Total liabilities increased by more than 22% to VND23,459 billion, more than half of which is bank loans. This enterprise has VND3,000 billion mobilized through the bond channel, including 3 lots. The first mobilization in July 2021 with an interest rate of 9% per year. The remaining two lots will be issued in September 2023, bearing an interest rate of 10.5% per year.
Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited was established in 1996 with the association between the Investment and Industrial Development Corporation (Becamex IDC - BCM) and a Singaporean investor alliance led by Sembcorp Development Group.
According to the consolidated financial report for the 2025 half-year, Becamex IDC accounted for the value of the investment in this joint venture at nearly VND7,600 billion. BCM's board of directors once set a goal of listing VSIP on the stock exchange in the future to enhance its development.
Starting with VSIP in Binh Duong (old), the company now owns 20 industrial park projects in 14 provinces and cities. These industrial parks attract about 880 investors from 30 countries and territories with a total capital of 15 billion USD and create 250,000 jobs.
Since the end of 2023, they have started construction on more industrial parks in Thai Binh (now Hung Yen), Lang Son and Quang Ngai, and have been approved to invest in a project in Nam Dinh (now Ninh Binh). VSIP also plans to develop low-carbon, high-tech industrial parks and green data centers to go along with Vietnam's green transformation orientation.
