"During the match, I maintained a stable performance, with solid and mostly accurate shots. This tournament was not only an opportunity to test myself but also helped me realize that I had neglected sports for a long time. Pickleball, with its excitement and closeness, has strongly inspired me, making me want to stick with this sport for a long time.
When changing courts, the bright sunlight prevented me from adjusting my eyes, leading to an unfortunate missed shot. However, what remains is not the result but the complete joy of the match. Mr. Binh also performed excellently, coordinated well, bringing exciting moments on the court. For me, that is the greatest value of today's match," Phuong Oanh said.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, runner-up Tu Anh said that every week she plays regularly 4-5 times, sometimes continuously for 3-4 hours. Her passion for this sport even follows her into her sleep.
“I once dreamed that I was playing pickleball, and I even dreamed that I was hitting it beautifully, but before I could score, I woke up… because my baby was crying,” the beauty said.
After the match, runner-up Tu Anh also expressed: "People often ask if we gave way to each other, I affirm that both teams played their best, played fairly, had fun but were still determined."
After winning this match, runner-up Tu Anh and her teammates continued to enter the next round with the highest determination.
