With isolated areas in the Northwest mountains, retail businesses said they have planned to transport goods to central warehouses, and deliver food as the water recedes.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Deputy General Director of WinMart Chain said: "For localities that are implementing 4 on-site according to the Government 's regulations, we fully comply. Besides, we also have a force on standby to reserve goods to serve consumers. Wherever we open the road, we will have goods there."

"We have worked with all suppliers in Ho Chi Minh City and the Central region to bring a quantity of instant food to serve supermarkets in the Northern region. Now we also have enough instant food to provide the best to consumers and especially the relief goods of our compatriots," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Director of Co.op Mart Hanoi Supermarket.
