In the atmosphere of the whole country competing to achieve achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945 - 2025); practically achieving achievements to welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; towards the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Cultural sector and the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025, within the framework of the Conference of advanced models for the period 2020 - 2025 and the review of the work of the first 6 months of 2025, Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet launched an emulation movement in agencies, units, and national sports teams for the period 2026-2030.
Accordingly, the emulation movement includes the main contents:
Seriously disseminate to all party members, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. Agencies and units focus on leading and directing the successful completion of the 2025 plan tasks and the tasks of developing physical training and sports in the 2025 - 2030 period.
Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet commended individuals and groups at the exemplary conference for the 2020-2025 period.
Continue to promote the campaign "All people practice physical training following the example of great Uncle Ho" and patriotic emulation movements in agencies, units, and national sports teams. The team of civil servants, public employees, workers, coaches, and athletes highly promote the will of self-reliance, self-strengthening, solidarity, and sense of organization and discipline to successfully complete assigned tasks.
The Department's departments and offices strengthen research and propose policies for sports development, promote consultation on the development of legal documents, programs and projects for sports development closely following reality to promptly advise the leaders of the Ministry and the Department in managing and developing sports in all fields: Sports for everyone, High-performance sports, international cooperation on sports, etc.
Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration Le Thi Hoang Yen took a souvenir photo with Nguyen Thi Oanh and Coach Tran Thi Vui - 2 faces honored as typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025.
Along with that, the public service units under the Department within the scope of work ensure to serve well the management and operation of the Department's leaders, serve well the training and competition requirements of coaches, athletes, and sports teams; meet the training, health protection and care, information, and entertainment needs of the masses; promote the emulation movement in sports teams.
Linking the patriotic emulation movement with the campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" among cadres, party members, coaches and athletes to raise awareness and responsibility, through concrete actions and deeds, enthusiastically competing to achieve many achievements, excellently completing assigned tasks. Continuing to foster and expand advanced models in the spirit of Directive No. 41-CT/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in emulation and reward work in the new situation. Units need to focus on discovering new factors, focusing on summarizing and evaluating the emulation movement to carry out the unit's political tasks.
Improve the quality and efficiency of Party and mass organizations; implement grassroots democracy regulations, agency rules and regulations, strictly practice thrift, combat waste, and build the agency into a cultural office. Regularly organize cultural and sports exchange activities to contribute to improving the health and spiritual life of civil servants, public employees, and workers in departments and units.
The emulation movement for the period 2026 - 2030 was launched in agencies, units, and national sports teams.
In order for the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2026-2030 to achieve practical results, and be a driving force for the successful implementation of assigned tasks, the Party Committee and leaders of the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department require Party committees and heads of departments and units to closely follow the key tasks of the industry, the Department, and each department and unit; innovate the content and form of emulation, regularly organize emulation movements with specific content, suitable for the units, and at the same time mobilize civil servants, public employees, workers, coaches and athletes to actively participate in the patriotic emulation movement. Regularly inspect, urge, conduct preliminary and final summaries, commend and reward promptly and accurately collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; discover, foster and replicate advanced models so that the movement achieves high efficiency.
With the specific contents approved at the Conference, Director Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet emphasized: All party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, coaches and athletes continue to strive, unite, and excellently complete assigned tasks, contributing worthily to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
