The Taiwanese girls played well, creating an equal match, even leading the home team in the first half of game 2. However, Bich Tuyen's bravery and the even strength of the team helped the Vietnamese women's volleyball team equalize the score and then rise to win 25/19.

The Taiwanese team's efforts only helped them to equalize the score with the Vietnamese team at the beginning of game 3, then they accepted defeat with a score of 16/25 and accepted defeat in the end.

Korabelka Club (Russia) defeated the Philippines team, entering the final of the VTV Cup international women's volleyball tournament with the Vietnam team.
