On June 22, Saigon Tourist Corporation - LLC (brand name Saigontourist ) said that it had sent a petition to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court to sue Saigon Tourist Transport Joint Stock Company for using the company's exclusive trademark, causing confusion and affecting the unit.
