Should I open an indoor badminton court for rent?

VnExpressVnExpress21/02/2024

At the age of 50, should I withdraw 300 million VND in savings to open a badminton court for rent at 70,000 VND per hour?

My husband and I are civil servants, with a total income of 30 million VND per month. We are 50 years old and have two children in college. I have a spacious house, 300 million VND in capital, and a 300 m2 plot of land next to my house, facing an 8 m wide alley.

Every day I work in the morning and at home in the afternoon. I have a passion for playing badminton in the morning and have my own club, so I want to open a badminton court at home to earn extra income and for me, my friends and my children to have a place to practice. Where I live, there are many students who play badminton, the rental price for a court is about 70,000 VND per hour.

Should I withdraw all my savings to do this? Please give me your opinions.
