Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested to resolutely clear the land for Da Lat belt road

On the morning of August 15, comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province inspected the area that has not been cleared on the Da Lat belt road.

Attending were leaders of the Department of Construction, leaders of the People's Committee of Cam Ly Ward - Da Lat, Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat.

The Da Lat Ring Road project has a total length of 7.4 km, with a total investment of VND 870 billion. The project started in July 2021 and was extended to December 2025. Currently, some sections of the project have been completed and put into use, 6 km, while about 100m are still stuck in site clearance.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi discussed with Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh, one of the 7 households that have not agreed on the compensation plan to hand over the land of the Da Lat belt road project.

According to the report of the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the total value of approved compensation and support is over 372 billion VND. Up to now, the compensation amount has been paid over 342 billion VND.

149 households have handed over their land, but there are still 7 households that have not handed over their land. The main reason is that households have not agreed on the compensation price, and there is no resettlement price...

The Da Lat belt road project has completed and put into use 6 km, with about 100m still stuck in site clearance work.

Inspecting the scene and talking directly with the people, comrade Ho Van Muoi affirmed: This is a key project of the province with a very large total investment. The Da Lat Ring Road is a very important route, when completed, it will relieve traffic pressure for the central area of ​​Da Lat, solving the problem of traffic jams in Da Lat, especially during holidays and Tet.
