It is necessary to proactively prevent and respond to thunderstorms accompanied by whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, to proactively respond and minimize damage caused by natural disasters that may occur in the coming days, the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue (PCTT&TKCN) requests localities and units to closely monitor warning bulletins and forecasts of natural disasters to proactively prevent and respond to thunderstorms accompanied by whirlwinds, lightning, strong gusts of wind and heavy rain that may cause flooding, flash floods, and landslides in the area.

Deploy the disaster prevention and control shock force to inspect and review residential areas along rivers and streams, low-lying areas at risk of flooding, flash floods, and landslides to proactively clear the flow of blocked and obstructed areas; organize the relocation and evacuation of people to safe places.

Organize forces to guard, control, support, and guide to ensure safe traffic for people and vehicles, especially at culverts, spillways, deep flooded areas, areas with fast-flowing water, areas where landslides have occurred or are at risk of landslides; resolutely do not allow people and vehicles to pass if safety is not ensured, and do not allow unfortunate human losses due to carelessness or subjectivity; arrange forces, materials, and vehicles to overcome incidents, ensuring smooth traffic on main traffic routes when heavy rain occurs.

Implement plans to ensure the safety of irrigation works, paying special attention to the safety of reservoirs under construction, critical reservoirs, small reservoirs and reservoirs with high storage levels; note that flood discharge operations (if any) must simultaneously ensure the safety of key works, downstream areas and water retention for agricultural production and people's lives.

Organize a permanent presence, closely monitor weather and natural disaster developments, and regularly compile reports to the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control.
