The brewing process will create sweet aromas such as honey, fruit, and even smoky. Through this process, the tea becomes sweet and mild, no longer astringent like regular green tea.

After harvesting, the tea will be withered and the tea fibers will be shaped.

According to experienced tea drinkers, before making tea, you need to warm the entire teapot with hot water and then put the tea into the teapot. Next, pour boiling water at about 90 degrees Celsius into the teapot and heat the tea for about 20-25 seconds, then pour the tea into the cups and enjoy. When all the tea in the teapot has been poured, open the lid to let the tea leaves cool down. When drinking tea again, pour more boiling water into the teapot. To keep the tea clear and beautiful, when making and pouring tea, pour water into the teapot very gently, avoiding stirring the tea leaves in the teapot.
