The system has an average response time of less than 2.5 seconds for each separate main workflow, excluding statistical and reporting flows; has a minimum response time of less than 30 seconds for all operations on the entire site; The system is capable of handling at least 5,000 simultaneous accesses.

In the postal and telecommunications sector, Tuyen Quang reported that the current frequency licensing software still has many shortcomings: Difficulty in implementation, not yet connected to the National Public Service Portal, slow processing speed. The locality proposed that the Radio Frequency Department organize specialized training and support measuring and testing equipment to handle violations.

Regarding science, technology and innovation activities, the province said that funding is still limited (0.32 - 0.42% of local budget expenditures in the 2022-2025 period). The handling of science and technology assets after budget use tasks is still confusing. The province recommends that the Ministry of Science and Technology increase funding allocation, provide clear instructions on asset handling, and supplement support mechanisms for local science and technology enterprises.

In the field of Intellectual Property, the province requests the Department of Intellectual Property to provide detailed instructions on the registration of geographical indications, certification trademarks, and collective trademarks.

In the field of Standards, Metrology and Quality, the Department of Science and Technology said that many current procedures must be submitted to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for signing and promulgation, causing a long processing time.
