On the afternoon of July 14, the Party Cell of the Social Policy Bank Transaction Office (SPB) Chau Thanh organized the 3rd Party Cell Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Kien Thi Thanh Xuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee attended and directed the congress.

The Party Cell currently has 10 Party members. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell has effectively implemented the Party's resolutions and directives; maintained a regular routine, and carried out well the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle. Party development work has been focused on, admitting 1 new Party member and sending 2 comrades to study political theory. 100% of Party members have fulfilled their tasks well, and no Party members have violated the law.
In the professional field, the Party Cell has led the NHCSXH Transaction Office to perform well its political tasks, bringing preferential credit policies to the right beneficiaries. As of June 30, 2025, the total capital reached 677.9 billion VND, an increase of 84% compared to the beginning of the term. Mobilized capital reached nearly 66 billion VND, an increase of 166%; outstanding loans reached 677.8 billion VND, an increase of 84%. The Party Cell also advised on transferring more than 10 billion VND from the district budget to the NHCHXH for loan recipients.

The Congress discussed and approved the orientation for the 2025 - 2030 term with the goal of striving to mobilize enough resources so that 100% of poor households and policy beneficiaries can access services provided by the Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office. In particular, there are a number of outstanding indicators such as capital mobilization through savings and loan groups annually reaching over 100% of the assigned plan; total average annual outstanding debt of 7 - 10%; interest collection reaching 98% or more; maintaining overdue debt at less than 0.16%...

Ms. Kien Thi Thanh Xuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Chau Thanh Commune Party Committee highly appreciated the leadership role of Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank's Education Branch Party Cell in the past term, which has actively contributed to poverty reduction and ensuring social security in the area. She suggested that in the new term, the Party Cell continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactively coordinate with the locality, effectively implement preferential credit programs; strengthen inspection and supervision and focus on Party building work; study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members.
The Congress elected the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2030 term. Mr. Nguyen Mai Du Khuyen - Director of Chau Thanh Social Policy Bank, continued to be elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell for the 2025 - 2030 term.
