Linh Ung Pagoda is located in Ung Mao Hamlet, Huong La Commune, Ben Hai Town, now Phuong La Village, Thai Phuong Commune. The pagoda was built in the 9th year of King Le Hy Tong (ie 1688). After many historical events and ups and downs of time, the pagoda was seriously degraded. Realizing that the restoration of the pagoda was urgent and met the aspirations and religious needs of the local people, in 2018, the pagoda was rebuilt. The entire cost of the renovation and construction of the pagoda and auxiliary works was donated by Mr. Le Minh Hieu and his wife, Mrs. Vu Thi Suot, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Bitexco Nam Long Joint Stock Company (a son of the homeland and one of the 500 successful businessmen nationwide) with the joint efforts of the children of the homeland and the people in the village. This is a large-scale project, renovated and built on the foundation of an ancient pagoda with items including: Road, bridge, Tam Quan gate, Buddha temple, Cuu Thien tower, Mau temple, To Duong, Quan Am platform, Zen monastery, Buddha statue, Dharma statue, horizontal lacquered boards, parallel sentences... with a total cost of nearly 100 billion VND. Here, the Three Holy Mothers, Duc Thanh Tran, Nhiep Chinh Y Lan, Bat Nan general, scholar Le Quy Don and the founder of Phuong La weaving... are worshiped.

At the ceremony, delegates performed spiritual rituals and cut the ribbon to inaugurate Linh Ung Pagoda; and awarded certificates of merit to the family of Mr. Le Minh Hieu and Ms. Vu Thi Suot.

The family of Mr. Le Minh Hieu and Ms. Vu Thi Suot, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Bitexco Nam Long Joint Stock Company, handed over the project to the pagoda.

Vietnam Buddhist Sangha awarded a certificate of merit to the family of Mr. Le Minh Hieu and Mrs. Vu Thi Suot.

The inauguration of Linh Ung Pagoda meets the wishes and religious needs of the people in the commune, aiming to arouse and promote the identity and cultural and historical traditions of the homeland.
