As a result, in the first 8 months of 2025, the total budget revenue in the province is estimated at VND 10,126.2 billion, equal to 85.4% of the ordinance estimate; equal to 54.4% of the target and 128.3% over the same period. Of which, revenue from taxes and fees is estimated at VND 6,447.7 billion, equal to 76.8% of the ordinance estimate; equal to 62.2% of the target and 117.2% over the same period; land use fee revenue is estimated at VND 3,575.8 billion, equal to 97.4% of the ordinance estimate; equal to 46.1% of the target and 169% over the same period; contribution revenue is estimated at VND 102.6 billion, equal to 20.5% of the target and 37.7% over the same period.

To achieve the budget revenue target of VND21,000 billion this year, he requested departments, branches and localities to increase domestic revenue, especially from taxes and fees, striving to exceed the set plan. Departments and branches need to strengthen coordination, focus on removing difficulties for localities, and promptly complete procedures for auctioning land funds to increase revenue from land use. The Department of Finance needs to advise the province on budget regulation, ensuring reasonable spending. The Tax sector must review and nurture sustainable revenue sources; the Customs sector must drastically implement solutions to achieve the target of VND2,300 billion from import-export activities this year.
