To register to receive free Balance Changes on BIDV SmartBanking application, customers follow these steps:
Step 1: Access BIDV SmartBanking App/select "Register for service" cluster.
Step 2: Select Balance Change => OTT Service => Register.
Step 3: Enter the OTP code to authenticate and complete registration.
Receive free balance change notifications on VCB Digibank
OTT Alert is a feature that notifies account balance fluctuations right on the VCB DigiBank digital banking application.
Step 1: Log in to VCB DigiBank and go to "Settings"
Step 2: Turn "On" at "Receive notifications from banks"

Step 3: Click "I have read..." and 'Agree" to confirm the terms and conditions of service
Step 4: Enter the OTP code to confirm successful service activation.
Receive balance change notifications on Techcombank Mobile
Step 1: Log in to the Techcombank Mobile application. Then click on the 3-dash icon to open the options on the application. Here, users click on Settings.
Step 2: After going to "Settings", you will see options for applications and accounts. Users click on Balance fluctuation notification.
Step 3: In the population change adjustment section, customers can choose to enable balance change via the Techcombank Mobile application or via paid text messages. Customers enable the option at Via application to use.
