(born in 1933, residing in Ha Huy Tap ward, Ha Tinh province) had internal bleeding, severe anemia, and needed an urgent transfusion of type O blood while the blood reserve at the Provincial General Hospital was exhausted, the "Living Blood Bank" Club of Ha Tinh Provincial Police immediately notified its members, calling for urgent support.
